Our new home delivery service meets your customers' growing demands and expectations for fast, flexible and sustainable deliveries.
- Reach 1,6 million recipients between 17-22, 5 days a week, in the bigger cities in Denmark.
- 750,000 recipients will get fossil free deliveries by bicycle or electric vehicle in Copenhagen and Aarhus.
- Should the delivery be extra fast? Then we offer same day delivery, directly from your store or local warehouse, to your customers in several Danish cities.

With a new digital user platform, it will be easier for your customers to follow their parcel:
- 1 hour delivery window.
- Real-time parcel tracking.
- Status updates such as "you are number 10 on the list".
- Choice of a more precise delivery time and place.
During the parcel's journey, your customers can tailor the delivery to suit what is most convenient for them at that given time.
Fossil free home deliveries into the future
Our ambition is to use only renewable energy sources for all our buildings and vehicles by 2025. Today, we already deliver to several places in Copenhagen, on Zealand and Samsø, with electric cars during the day. And now, this has been extended for the evening hours in the cities as well.
In the user platform, your customers can see when we deliver by electric vehicle or bicycle. This gives them full transparency and an assurance that they have made a sustainable choice throughout the whole shopping experience.
